  Much better that expected. Some of the reviews speak very bad about the flat and its not bad at all

  Liked: Central location close to train station.

  Disliked: Very worn apartment it felt like this place has seen too many parties. Hidden charge to arrive late. Initially no towels were provided but after raising this towels were provided. They were not clean. Uncomfortable mattresses, cheap sheets.

  Disliked: The location is excellent, right in the centre, with shops, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance. The apartment itself is very spacious and bright, with large windows, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not seem to be well maintained. The floors appeared not to have been mopped, and the bedding was very cheap polyester and uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also additional charges that were not clearly explained, and the final amount was not backed fully as promised(host keep change for himself). The cleaning lady arrived earlier than the agreed checkout time, and we were informed at the last minute that towels were not provided. It was a shame to see such a beautiful and spacious apartment not being properly looked after.

  Liked: The location is really good, in city center, close to everything. The apartment is very spacious, especially the bathroom. It is quiet, well equiped. There is an elevator, a washing machine, a balcony with chairs and table. The kitchen has everything to cook good meals. And the staff is friendly and available. And there is Wi-Fi that works perfectly.

  Disliked: The entrance is a bit hiden. The apartment was smelling cigarette. The apartement is a bit old, so are the furnitures.The fans were not clean at all. And the bed were not made. We could not make the tv work. And the matresses are not very confortable.

  Friendly Hosts, but Not a Quality Stay

  Liked: I very much liked the friedliness, flexibility and response time of the hosts! Location, very central. Good size apartment.

  Disliked: The apartment was below our expectations. The furniture, curtains, and furnishings were old, cheap, and poorly maintained, with several items damaged or broken. Lighting was limited to ceiling lights, most remote controls did not work properly, and there were no bedside or reading lamps. The apartment itself showed signs of neglect, with doors that were difficult to close and a very sparsely equipped kitchen lacking even basic essentials. The worst aspect was the beds. They were old, some supported by makeshift wooden blocks, and the mattresses, pillows, and duvets had a strong stale odour. The smell was so unpleasant that I ended up purchasing my own bedding. The sofa was also damaged and would partially fall apart when used. Cleanliness throughout the apartment was disappointing. While the location is very central, it is also extremely noisy. During our stay, loud music from a neighbouring restaurant continued until around 3 a.m., accompanied by frequent noise from cars revving their engines late into the night.
