  Liked: Its cleaniness is acceptable, good location, and the stuff are really amazing, especially the two men at the reception!

  Liked: Amazing value for the money. There is a metro station right next to the hotel which runs directly to the airport without changing lines.

  Disliked: Very short window of opening hours of the front desk. It could be quite inconvenient to check in.

  Great location, terrible stay

  Liked: Great location next to U-Bahn and bus stops. Restaurants and coffee nearby.

  Disliked: Worst: No one onsite even though posted signs say staffed until 15:00. Not on Saturday or Sunday of my stay. Posted phone number not answered, nor the number in the booking email. When I got locked out of my room (definitely my fault), it took over two hours to get help, and then only through the kindness of a stranger. Bad: No breakfast despite signs with hours posted. Check-in email said no breakfast unless minimum of 4 booked and that I'd be notified if not available. I was not notified either day and received no response to my messages the night before requesting breakfast. Inconvenient: elevator only goes to 3rd floor (4th for Americans). Room was one floor up. Might matter a lot to someone with mobility issues. I had an injured leg so it was difficult. Bottom line: if you advertise staff on-site, then have someone on-site or at least answer your telephone. Serve breakfast or notify guests if you can't.

  Old furniture with bad smell in room but good area

  Liked: The area is located in the immediate vicinity of the subway station as well as the E-Center Edeka supermarket (situated directly on the corner); both the train station and the airport are easily accessible by subway without the need for transfers. Fast check-in and check-out are made possible thanks to digital door locks.

  Disliked: The bedsheet was old and had a hole in the middle of the mattress; the entire building smelled of garlic all the time, and the door handles at the main entrance were dirty and sticky. The room smelled of old furniture, and there were not enough hangers.
