  Do not stay here

  Disliked: Stuttgart Terrible. No reception staff or any on site staff. The car park can park 2-3 cars, at a push. Be careful as you drive out as we rubbed the underside of our car and it’s a crossover. In the room, The curtains had seen better days and didn’t close fully and the bedding had dark liquid marks on it. The carpet was threadbare. The TV tuner box only showed 2 local channels. In the shower room, the shower curtain was dark and dirty with grime and was too small to go round the shower tray. The basin soap dispenser and shower dispenser were empty of soap/shower gel and we had to buy our own. One of the lights was hanging out of its fitting. But there were no staff to report anything to. There was no hot water in the morning; it was tepid. The description on booking.com mentioned Soundproofing, however we were able to hear people talking in other rooms. Would not recommend

  Quite good for the money

  Liked: Quite good for the money.

  Disliked: There wasn't any soup in the bathroom though, but it's not a big deal.

  Liked: The host responded fast, it was clean and easy to check-in.

  Disliked: There was no warm water in the shower so we toke a very cold, and the shower itself was broken.

  Liked: Reasonable price.

  Disliked: There was nobody at reception when we arrived. We were supposed to have received a code to enter the building, which we didn't receive until after we arrived at the property and after trying to buzz someone via the intercom system.

  Liked: The hotel was in a peace residensial area. There is a pub just nearby and I could hear some noise, but it wasn't too much. I was happy that there were 3 mirrors. 2 in the bathroom, 1 next to the door. I am a small person, but the mirror placement was not too high.

  Disliked: The sink in my room was cracked (double room). It wasn't a pleasant feeling to have water leaking onto the floor every time I turned on the water. The toilet paper had something stick on the side. I removed it soon after I noticed, but it didn't look very clean because of that. The photo shows there are tea set and water, but there's none. You should bring your own drink. I didn't have any trouble receiving a key from a key box. But there was a couple at night saying the box didn't work for them and they had been keep ringing the phone to get a help for long time. I didn't see any staff during my stay, you would probably want to arrive there in the daytime so that you can get a higher possibility of response from a staff at least.

  Disliked: Extremely old hotel, no personnel, took 5 days and several reminders to get an invoice after I left. Shower became a little bit half warm after 5 mins running water. Messe/Airport Hotel is the name, but quite far away.
