  excellent comfort place for short stays in Stuttgart

  Liked: room was very clean and neat. small but exactly what i needed for coming for just one meeting near Stuttgart. breakfast was excellent, generous and Diverse

  Comfortable and enjoyable

  Liked: Breakfast was decent, rooms were very good and clean. Bathrooms were well mainained and the staff were friendly and accommodating where possible.

  Disliked: Nothing in particular. Maybe just the fact that we couldn't check-in an hour earlier for our meeting to be done in private. But everything else was done very well!

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: I booked and paid for the hotel. We arrived around 6:30 PM or a little later. The reception was closed, there was no staff. There was a self-check-in device at the door, but unfortunately it did not recognize my reservation number or name. After calling the number provided for a long time, an employee finally answered who did not know anything, but promise to send someone to help us. After more than an hour, a security guard arrived, who also did not see our reservation and said that there was nothing he could do. Meanwhile, another guest arrived, who also did not get into the room for the same reason. As a result, at around 9:30 PM, the situation was such that the money for the hotel had been paid, but my child and I could not get in and were forced to look for another hotel. I also called booking.com support, no one answered the call for 30 minutes, but later I saw an additional €20 on my phone bill for this call. The money for the hotel was refunded after one week.

  Disliked: The room not esuiped by the air conditionning. Its wird.!!!!!!????? Its very hot inside.. really It's stifling.!! Should all rooms will be fits by the air cinditionning. Its very important abd mandatory.
