  Three time cold - no way to feel comfortable

  Disliked: It is cold. This means Design, Service and the heating. Cleaning of Room was missing Basics. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

  Premium prices, unacceptable service, serious booking failures and management that refuses to take m

  Liked: Spa was nice, although The spa was pleasant, although it closes too early. The hotel's location is convenient. it closes too early.

  Disliked: An appalling experience. We paid almost double for an Offbeat Suite with twin beds but were given a basic room with a double bed. The following day, we were moved again, this time to a room with a blocked toilet. We finally received our suite late on Saturday, more than two days after arrival, following three room changes, faulty keys and repeated inconvenience. Despite a formal complaint, management has offered just 50% off the first night. Astonishingly, the hotel also claims it cannot respond to Booking.com because its messaging system is broken. Serious concerns about booking reliability, management competence and accountability. I would strongly advise against staying here.
