  Excellent apartment... comfortable, modern and highly recommended

  Liked: Excellent accommodation in Stuttgart... The apartment is modern, spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The facilities are excellent, and the apartment offers everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. A great experience overall, and definitely a place I would happily recommend and return to.

  Disliked: Nothing significant to complain about. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

  Liked: The apartment is new and very close to a big park that goes up to the city center, we loved the balcony and the design of the room, the smart TV with Netflix and the quiet neightorhood. Free parking and the tram 5 minutes walk, we also met the owner, which is a rarity in this era of locker's based hospitality. She was helpful and gave us some info about the city

  Disliked: we happened to be in Stuttgart the hottest period of the century and even if the apartment is well isolated I think a fan or AC would help a lot especially during the night, it was really hard to sleep

  Liked: Quick check in and check out. Comfortable rooms, parking near the hotel, small kitchen.

  Disliked: The worst thing was that strange situation. After booking and PAYING (it’s important) the apartment, and receiving confirmation from the booking, the property sent me an application form. They said that I Should fill all form completely, otherwise they won’t let me to live there. And in this application form they ask me to give them and send to their Email (nowhere whom) All card details, including the date and security code!! I addressed the booking service and complained concerning this matter. The booking said that i should not sign any application form and that they had all information required, and that my payment was also confirmed.And only after that property answered me saying that I could not fill the form if I do not want and that this form is required if I pay at the place. But it’s impossible!! To play at the place, as there is only self service. So please make your own conclusions. Was the apartment comfortable- yes. Should I return? Definitely not!

  Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient if you are attending a concert at the nearby venue, and there is also a metro station within walking distance. The room is small but extremely well-designed and comfortable, with everything you might need. We traveled in February and the heating worked perfectly. There is also a vending machine downstairs, which is very useful since many shops in the city close in the evening. Everything has clearly been thoughtfully arranged!
