  Very nice

  Liked: The room and the staff, even though they finished early the day we arrived, were very helpful.

  Disliked: I didn't like that we had to pay for parking and the spaces were very tight

  very good key process when you arrive late

  Liked: The key collection process after the reception had closed worked smoothly. Possibility park car on the street after 22:00

  Disappointed

  Liked: Close to Mercedes Museum.

  Disliked: Reception closes early, so was treated apartment style with keycode method. Unable to book spa, wanting money up front before we saw it. Next day we asked to book the spa but it was already booked by someone else.

  Liked: The lady at reception was very friendly and greeted me warmly on her way out.

  Disliked: Upon my arrival I found hair in the bathroom which wasn't a pleasant surprise. The room was overall cozy and otherwise clean. A bit old-fashioned, but I didn't see a problem with that. What I found very alarming though, the doors in the corridors can't be locked. As I came back from an event I was at (around 23:00 o'clock), I discovered that someone hadn't closed the back door properly. The area seemed to be calm enough, but anyone could've just walked in without any issues. Reception is closed around that time of course, there's no security, I also didn't see any cameras. To sum it up, I didn't feel safe sleeping there. Another thing that alarmed me was that I couldn't leave me key inside the door lock for extra security, as I needed it to turn on the electricity.

If you want to use the wellness facilities, please reserve them well in advance.

If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance.

Upon arrival, guests must present a credit card for additional services.

The reception closes at 12:00 on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that you can only relax in the wellness area during opening hours.

The following times are possible by appointment:

Monday to Saturday: 08:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sundays and public holidays: 08:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Use per person: EUR 30 for up to 2 hours

Each additional hour: EUR 15 per person

Private use of the spa: EUR 50 once

EUR 20 surcharge for use of the SPA on Saturdays between 12 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. or on Sundays and public holidays between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. (only possible with a private SPA booking)

Baby cots are available on request.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
