Liked: The room was spotless and felt like it was remodeled not long ago. Location is great, only 3 stations away from the central station. Restaurants and stores close by. Quiet and cozy.

Disliked: The self check in process took to long due to the person in front who got stuck and nobody was there to assist him. Room door locks are very confusing and were very unreliable. Bathroom is tiny, ass-wiping becomes a challenge. The shower is too narrow, you can't even bent properly.

Good location and value for money

Liked: Great location, very close to tram station (Line 9). My room was quiet and well equipped for a short stay. Recently renovated bathroom.

Disliked: Very dated wooden furniture and stained carpet. The WiFi code is on the reception desk. I missed this on checkin and had no WiFi for the first night.

Disliked: Key hole on the the 1st Day was broken...i need help from on of the Room Service Crew to open it up for me..He was very friendly. In the evening i tried it my self and cannot open it...i toldy problem to the Reception and he told me he will just help me in the evening to open the door. Reception is only open until 10PM so i need to go back to the hotel so i can still seek help. The receptionist was friendly and he also gound out the key hole was broken so he told me he will let it be repaired. The next day i went out the whole day and came back in the evening with the fixed Door Key Hole.
