  Liked: The hotel was really clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, we had a very good experience and would happily stay again.

  Disliked: The only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room. Although hot drinks were available to purchase from a machine in the lobby, I would have appreciated having a kettle in the room, as is standard in many other hotels. It would have been a nice touch and made the stay more convenient.

  Good location for station, room good, staff not the friendliest

  Liked: Good sized room and good layout for a family of 4 - soap etc in shower. Good secure parking but did have to pay extra for it. Very close (less than 5 min walk) to Rewe supermarket. Good location near the train station but you did have to walk about 10/15 to the other side to get the train.

  Disliked: Staff not overly friendly at check in. Breakfast not included and expensive for what it was (continental) so we didn’t bother. Hotel was quiet.

  Liked: The single room and bathroom are really huge & clean. Have all the necessities needed to stay. I can put my luggage at reception before check in so i don’t waste my time to walk around the city. There‘s pantry area for guest to use. Nearby has supermarket and 20mins walk to the train station

  Liked: Spacious bathroom, nice shower.

  Disliked: It seemed close to the train station, the maps deceive. It looks it is just a couple of blocks or so from the Hauptbanhof but in reality it is more than 1000 m away cause one has to go around the station.

  Awful experience

  Disliked: Access to the Hotel is supposed to be easy only 200 metres from the Railway station. However no footbridge is currently in operation. Getting to the hotel involves a 3 km walk and the hotel is in an industrial type area with no tourist facilities. Awful experience.

  Nice hotel and comfortable bed. Good base to explore Trier

  Liked: Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and room. Good breakfast.

  Disliked: Although near the station it was a longer walk than realised but was only 15 minutes.
