Guest reviews
Very good
Clean hotel with friendly staff
Liked: The property was clean, staff friendly and the bar reasonably priced. Reasonable size room, with blackout curtains. It was also nice and quiet. It was walkable to the centre, it took us around 20mins, and the hotel is a short walk from the river.
Disliked: No safe in the room. Although a double bed, 2 single duvets were on the bed. The towels were small and thin, although you could get more from reception.
Liked: Comfortable staff whas good
Disliked: No restaurant
Liked: The staff was very nice - we were with a baby. At the check in the baby was crying, so they did their best to do it quickly. We got a very nice family room - very big and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful with parking.
Disliked: Everything was ok.
Liked: All is good
Liked: Staff super clean Comfortable bed Breakfast Bike parking
Disliked: I was missing a small fridge in the room
OK for a night or two if ypur expectations are not too high
Liked: The location is on the main road to Trier and there is a car park next to the hotel. The breakfast offer was limited but the products were fresh and tasty.
Disliked: The rooms were small and there was no minibar or fridge. The staff did not clean the room every day and on the last day they started claeningbefore we checked out so we felt thrown out. The car park is not sufficient and on arrival we grabbed the last remaining place.
