  Suited us fine. Would use again

  Liked: Good place to stay a night with fine breakfast. Quiet location above Trier.

  Beatiful view, nice location if you by car, no wifi

  Liked: The view was amazing! The room was clean, and it was really nice to see a mosquito net on the window. Despite the hot weather and the lack of air conditioning, the room stayed pleasantly cool. There was also a fan, but we didn’t even need to use it. Free parking on location

  Disliked: The pillow was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep well the first night and ended up buying a pillow for myself at JYSK. The location is very nice, but if you don’t have a car, it’s quite far from the city. And the Wi-Fi — honestly, I was surprised it could be that bad in 2026.

  Good hospitality, breakfast, location

  Liked: Very good breakfast, arranged with care and great variety. The hotel is located in a beautiful forest very close to Trier. Our room was spacious, with a nice and new bathroom and free additional bed for our child.

  Disliked: There were a lot of wasps outside (in late August). There is a net on one of the windows, but they were very loud. The staff said they’re coming from the forest, so there’s not much they can do.
