  Liked: Location

Disliked: I was disappointed with our experience at the hotel. We were just 4 minutes late collecting our luggage from the room because the time on my watch had not automatically updated, and I genuinely thought we still had an hour left. However, the female staff member on that day dealing with us was not friendly. I understand that hotels have checkout policies, but I believe guests should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us with a negative impression of the hotel.
