  Good for a one night stay

  Liked: The location is very good next to the Roman Bridge and a short walk to the city center (10 min) and to the station (30 min). The guy working there was very kind and let us leave our bags there after checking out. The kettle in the room was appreciated and the toiletries were appreciated.

  Disliked: The pillows were so thin and uncomfortable

  Liked: The location is good.

  Disliked: The room was not cleaned sufficiently. There were not enough parking spots for all visitors and we had to look for a paid parking area.

  Liked: indoor space for my bicycle; room was ready before given check-in time.

  Liked: clean rooms, location is good, 5-10 minutes by foot to city center, bus station next door. 1x Window did not close correctly, but staff were friendly enough to change my room, although it took 2 days... Price is fair.

  Disliked: maintenance for the rooms could be more meticulously, in both rooms there where furniture that did not work like it should. For example, the doors of both showers were defect, one electric socket next to the bed did not work, windows could be oiled from time to time so they would open and close correctly. Soap dispenser could be checked if empty, before a new customer checks in.

  Unsatisfactory due to sanitary and hygienic problems

  Liked: That I had a roof over my head and a place where I could wash myself and the staff who still helped me check into the room, and also the view from the room is quite nice

  Disliked: 1. Bedbugs in the room, I have video evidence and photos of bites on my body. 2. I was barely able to check in, there were some problems with the website that I still didn't understand, but another woman who also checked into the hotel was able to help me only because help can only be obtained by calling where it is not clear how to switch to English. 3. There are no shops nearby, but I don't consider this a problem of the hotel itself. The nearest grocery stores are 20 minutes walk away, just as an additional fact.
