  This is an excellent hotel, except the AC

  Liked: Location is great, breakfast is wonderful, the staff is outstanding, Get a room on the city gate side and let the history run wild

  Disliked: AC was not on, or was not working very well, with window open room did not cool until around 2 am.

  Liked: The breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Porta Nigra. We really enjoyed starting our mornings there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable.

  Disliked: One downside is that parking is not free for hotel guests. It would be a nice addition if complimentary parking were included with the stay.
