Liked: As before and very helpful staff preparing early takeaway breakfast; very much appreciated.

Disliked: Annoying that I had to pay for drinks/restaurant separately, rather than putting on the room account - especially given the steep cost of the hotel accommodation itself.

Liked: The breakfast every morning was delicious. And the food, as well as the atmosphere in the restaurant down in the cellar was absolutely fabulous! Overall, the hotel was super cute and a great location for walking right into one of the main squares.

Friendly but totally incompetent person at the reception

Liked: Comfortable rooms, close to everything

Disliked: No parking, had to find parking away from hotel and schlapp the suitcase to the hotel. Our section of the hotel had no elevator, we had to carry the suitcases up to the room, no help offered. Strangely the hotel claims it could not debit our creditcard, apparently their system does not work. Not sure how to pay them now.
