Stay OK, however we considered cancelling at full cost after the obnoxious behavior of the young lady member of the rece

Liked: Good and comfortable room, excellent mattresses, nice breakfast.

Disliked: Very arrogant, unhelpful and obnoxious staff member at the reception (the young lady with longish brown hair). Customer service is a concept she has to learn.

Liked: A nice hotel close to the city center. Underground parking, a nice lobby with a restaurant and bar. Comfortable room, good beds; a nice, reasonably spacious room. The bathroom was also of a good standard. A hotel of a decent standard.

Disliked: The price is a bit high; parking adds significantly to the cost. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel—no complaints.
