Very good
Very disappointing
Liked: Interior of apartment was fine (as photographs) and location OK for station and sights but immediate surroundings were unwelcoming.
Disliked: Entrance lobby was dirty, open to public, unlit and not secure. Steep spiral wooden stairs to third floor apartment made it difficult to access with luggage. View from rear was unpleasant.
If you want to sleep at night beware this place
Liked: Good location,close to centre, Nice and pleasant host
Disliked: The apartment is very noisy, the above neighbours are some students that play techno music since 3 AM to noon each day. The hallway smells pretty bad, so does the entrance. Very steep stairs leading to apartment.
Very good location for exploring trier and surrounding area
Liked: Close to city centre, comfortable bed
Disliked: We were there when it was outside 34 degrees. Inside it was pretty hot, there was a cooling fan but it was still pretty warm inside.
Nice apartment in a perfect location and perfect communication
Liked: Location was comfortably close in walking distance to the city centre. The apartment was amply equipped and the beds perfect. Generally the apartment was clean; found though quite some dust and a sock under the bed 😁
Disliked: The shared entrance of the multi-user apartment building needs some tidying up and cleaning. Emptying of waste bins was a looong time ago. Some neighbours a bit noisy or noisy guests. Not a big hassle, but some room for improvement.
