Once the lift is fixed it’ll make it easier

Liked: Very close to the main stone gate & old town. Good value overall On asking our luggage was taken upstairs to our room Good showers and clean room

Disliked: Lift was out of action Poor lighting for reading (except phone)

Central location and good value for money

Liked: Central location with spacious room and en suite.

Disliked: Extreme heat that weekend but there was a fan which was necessary.

...no love. This place needs some love and its may shine again

Liked: The location is next to Porta Nigra. Very central. The room was large. The bed was clean and the matrass was good. Hot water was sufficient.

Disliked: The place looks worn out. Some paint, some more consistency on design. There is a kettle for hot water - but no cups, no fridge, no spoon - but a wornout chair (painfull to sit on!). Showergel dispensers, handsoap are not functional - some replacement at the sink.

The one and only one stay in this hotel. Far from the German standards

Liked: The location is pretty good

Disliked: I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The property is completely outdated, poorly maintained, and suffers from a total lack of modernization. The cleanliness of the room was entirely unacceptable, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the space. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to two major issues: the beds were completely worn out and uncomfortable, and the lack of soundproofing meant constant noise disruptions throughout the night. This establishment fails to meet basic standards of hygiene, comfort, and hospitality. It is not worth the money.

  could be better

Liked: Though the hotel is at central location, and overall good but washroom curtains were short and had privacy concerns and since we stayed there in hot summer, felt exhausted with no fan

  Disliked: Location
