  Liked: The two bedroom apartment is very comfortable, especially for couples. The waterbeds were a surprise but they are actually nice. Communication was clear from the beginning, so would stay again. And we did actually extend our stay in the same flat for one more day with no issue.

  Disliked: It would be great if there was an elevator in the building, but luckily we just stayed on the second floor.

  Comfortable experience

  Liked: Everything about the apartment was just as it should be. The beds were comfortable (I never slept in waterbed before but I enjoyed), the kitchen was functional, the bathroom was clean and nice, and the apartment was easily accessible. Terrace was nice we enjoyed drinking our vine there. We didn’t encounter any issues during check-in or check-out. We truly enjoyed staying in the apartment.

  Disliked: If you’re not a fan of waterbeds or climbing three flights of stairs, you might want to reconsider, but from my perspective, these are not negative points.

  Very convenient and clean though a bit pricy

  Liked: Very large apartment. Clean. Close to the center. Quiet. All you need is there. Parking lot (payment required) next door.

  Disliked: 2nd floor, no elevator, a bit strenuous. The beds are water beds. We prefer normal beds.

  A perfect apartment in a lovely town

  Liked: This is a beautiful apartment with everything we needed and more. Just what self catering should be. Handy for the train station and museums with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Two big bedrooms with easy chairs and storage. The beds are comfortable, the shower works well, the kitchen is good and it was lovely to have the balcony. Easy to access with the code. It’s up two flights of stairs. I can’t fault anything.

  The place made our visit to many historically important locations in Weimar a great experience!

  Liked: The flat was very nice designed and we could have breakfast on the terrace. All top quality furniture, windows and floors. Nice view from the windows, we felt quite in the middle of town.

  Disliked: The internet was not working g when we arrived but upon a call to the owners the problem was fixed. When we left we were 8 min late. The cleaner came on the spot. We invited her to come in and start doing the first rooms as we only had to grab couple of things in the living room. Leaving the property is always little stressful especially with kids. The situation could have been handled little more understanding from the cleaner's side.

Please note that parking is only for the Two-Bedroom Apartment.

For the Two-bedroom Apartment on the 2nd floor, there is a parking space in the courtyard.

The Apartment with Terrace does not have its own parking space.

Paid parking is available in the public car park in front of the house. There are free parking spaces in neighbouring streets and in 5 minutes walking distance is the ATRIUM parking garage.

In cases of excessive soiling requiring special cleaning, we charge an additional fee starting at €150.00. Should any damage occur due to such soiling or improper handling (e.g., to mattresses, bed linen, or furnishings), the actual repair or replacement costs will be billed separately.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A deposit may be required at the property.
