    Very worthwhile

Liked: Very convenient for everything. Well equipped. Very quiet.

Disliked: We were not aware that the second bedroom doubled as the sitting room so it took a while to realise where the bed was. This could be made clearer as some renters might need two discrete bedrooms. Also the pull out bed is rather spongy!
