  Good for a ahort week-end or business trip without need of services

  Liked: Modern, freshly renovated room in a hotel in the city center, but calm nevertheless. Can be reached by foot from the train station and lots of public transport nearby. I enjoyed my stay.

  Disliked: The bathroom was really small, only a thin and/or tiny person can move in it. Also, the provided soap was really cheap and the dispenser not oin a good state. However, otherwise cleanliness was good.

  Not a fan of this self service concept

  Liked: The place was in a great location and very convenient.

  Disliked: I am not a fan of this self service hotel. I stood at the entrance trying to understand how to check in and receive a code to enter the hotel. I had an overall feeling of not being safe with no one to monitor who is entering the hotel. 1000 check out is too early, especially without the ability to store luggage. The price here was not significantly more affordable with the lack of traditional amenities. I wish I understood the concept before I booked, as I gladly would’ve paid the little extra for security and luggage storage.

  Completely unprofessional staff unresponsive treatment

  Liked: There is nothing to like but a lot of negative posting on social media to tell all my young followers not to use this hotel.

  Disliked: Room was clean and nice, as expected.What were most unpleasant are the following: 1. Instruction on Access code were dubious. Could have simply given clearer instruction on Access code - took us too long & with another family's help to decipher together what was quite a simple matter but instruction were teribble - the Access code is also the room number but one has to key in a return value first before keying the room number and then another return. Dubious instruction added an Access code with a room code - and no instruction on a return key to be done first. 2. No help rendered with complete silence from the staff - if Access code cannot be deciphered, customer will be stranded for a long time until another occupant comes along 3. No response on any difficulty or extension for late check out- incompetent staff who did not respond at all. Could have said no, if that was the answer but the very late response came after we already checked out. Very unprofessional in the hospitality industry.

  We would happily stay again if we’re in the area

  Liked: Well sized rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, quiet. Although we didn’t get to try breakfast due to an early flight the breakfast area looked quite nice and overall the property was well maintained.

  Disliked: Location was ok, easy access to the train but not much around. Shower was small, but bathroom was well appointed.

  Keine Rezeption, aber ruhig, sauber und gute Lokalisation

  Liked: Raum war für 3 Personen sehr bequem und ausreichend groß. Ein Ventilator stand bereit und hat ausgereicht. Haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. WC und Dusche ganz neu und sehr, sehr sauber!!! Hätte ich für 106 Euro für 3 Personen nicht in der Qualität erwartet. Und 4. Etage, Zimmer mit Aussicht, wunderschön. Schnelles WLAN, fand mein Kind gut. Würde auf jeden Fall nochmal dort übernachten.

  Disliked: Leider kamen die Nachrichten vom online Check-in erst heute an, als ich schon wieder zu Hause war.:-) Lag aber eher an booking.com, würde ich vermuten. Der Hotelmitarbeiter am Telefon war aber sehr freundlich und hat mir per Telefon ausgeholfen. Ich konnte aus der Beschreibung nicht herauslesen, dass es *keine* Rezeption oder Frühstück gibt, habe allerdings sehr kurzfristig gebucht und nicht so genau nachgelesen, vielleicht stand es alles da.

  Liked: I booked a room with two separate beds, but we were given a room with one double bed instead. The room was extremely small and cramped. There was barely enough space to move around, and the bed was placed directly in front of the bathroom entrance, making it difficult to get in and out of the bathroom comfortably. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, which made the stay less enjoyable. The only positive aspect was that everything was very clean.
