The location is great, and the host is friendly, but the apartment did not meet my expectations due

Liked: The apartment has a great location, and the host is very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the apartment looked very cozy and nice in the pictures, but in reality, it was quite different and needs some renovation. Honestly, my expectations were not met. While the apartment appears superficially clean, there is still a lingering feeling of uncleanliness. Considering that the cleaning fee is included in the price, I believe the cleaning should be much more thorough. I had informed the host in advance that I would be arriving with a colleague, but only one double bed was made. When I mentioned that the second bed was not prepared, we were only given a sheet and had to make the bed ourselves. Additionally, we stayed in the apartment for two weeks, but there was no change of bed linen or towels, which was quite inconvenient. Another issue was the dust under the bed—there was a lot of it. Since I have a dust allergy, this made my stay uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the host after our stay, but unfortunately, he ignored my concern. While the location is great and the host is friendly, the overall condition of the apartment and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort were disappointing. With better maintenance and more thoughtful service, this place could be much better.
