Exceptional
Liked: Good shower
Disliked: The toaster was tripping the electrics. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at first, but after we asked, she reset the router and it worked again — so clearly the issue wasn’t with the internet provider as she later claimed. When it stopped working again, we sent her a message around 21:30. She reacted in the morning but didn’t try to fix it, so we had no internet and had to use our own data bundle. The curtains were very flimsy and see-through, offering no privacy. There was no strainer, and although there was a Senseo machine, there were no complimentary coffee pads — which would’ve been a nice touch for the price. A barking dog woke us up at 8 a.m., and the mattress and synthetic pillowcases made it hard to sleep comfortably. A small bottle of shampoo or conditioner would also have been appreciated.
