Very good
Not the best
Liked: Size of the rooms.
Disliked: Shower was awkward to get in and out off. Parking place was very small, even with a little car the space was very tight. Very little amenities close by. You really needed a car to get around. The outside of the building looked like a 2nd hand bike shop. It would be okay for young couples without a car. It is not good value for a couple who want to explore the old town. The discrepancy between some of the reviews and our experience was significant.
It was frustrating and we have a bad feeling about this property
Disliked: At our arrival there were no WI-FI or TV signals and after a hard night and day of claims with Booking, and 24 hours later, the problem was solved. Water temperature in the shower oscillates between warm, a little bit warm and a little bit cold without human intervention. We arrived at night very tired after a long journey. No indication of where the lock-box with the keys was, no illumination which could facilitate finding it, no information about which floor the apartment is located, we were lost asking people, which also didn't know a thing about. It was frustrating and we have a bad feeling about this property.
Liked: More than a rating, it is a message to highlight the excellent work done during our stay, apartments with a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism, qualified staff, excellent location quiet neighborhood. 💯🍃
All in all it was a nice stay.the communication works very well we were just missing some things in the kitchen and the
Liked: We liked the location and the interior was also beautiful made. It was super practical that there was a garage for our car!
Disliked: Dishes were not really clean. There was a baby bed but no chair so we had to bring it with us
Decent place - Hard to find the keybox to get in
Liked: It was very spacious and had a kitchen and a washing machine. There were outlets all over. The area seemed quiet enough (not noisy).
Disliked: It was extremely difficult to figure out where to locate the key box (I had to contact the emergency, after hours number for guidance--eventually they got me sorted but they weren't good with English, despite me choosing that option). There was no dryer and no detergent available for the washing machine. The beds were ok, but not the greatest (all the furniture was new and clean enough, but clearly very inexpensive). It's completely "self service", so calling the number or waiting a few/several hours for messages to be returned are the only options for assistance. It was absolutely good enough and a reasonably nice place once I got sorted on how to get in.
Liked: Convenient location which is 5 mins walk to the tram station where tram 5 takes you right into the old town. Beds are extremely comfortable and heating is excellent in the cold winter.
Disliked: Noise insulation wasn't perfect but bearable. Could hear footsteps from the apartment above sometimes but nothing too disturbing.
