Fabulous
Liked: The staff was very professional and helpful. The location is excellent; you can easily walk to the main attractions. Parking isn't available at the hotel, but it's arranged nearby.
Perfect
Liked: The stay was perfect, the hotel is in a quiet spot but really near the heart of the city. Especially close to the Mainbrücke and the Festung. The staff were without exception incredibly helpful and kind. The mini bar was also very reasonably priced. Room was stylish and modern but with a cosy feel. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
Comfy hotel on the edge of the busy center. Excellent staff. A bit too expensive
Liked: Excellent staff, great location (just outside the busy center), great breakfast
Disliked: Room/bathroom was a bit on the small side
Liked: Staff, room was good. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: It was extremely warm so the room could have been a little cooler.
Liked: AN AMAZING HOTEL EXPERIENCE is made by FANTASTIC STAFF, Great location, parking super easy when you follow the instructions, which were at hand in print and on video - so made super easy for a first time guest. Beautiful, rich breakfast and the best coffee of our 2 week trip. A very clean and comfy hotel. Excellent staff - everybody was friendly, professional, and equipped with information we have shared in the messages prior arrival - e.g. baby bed needed, gluten-free breakfast needed - they did not need to be reminded, information was shared with the breakfast staff from the reception and the breakfast staff approached us proactively! and had the breakfast option ready for us when we arrived to the breakfast room. I have never been to a hotel that would put so much attention to detail, and this spirit and attitude was shared throughout all the staff. Thanks for proving that excellent service can be provided! (I think I already needed a reminder of that)
Cozy and cute hotel in magical Würzburg
Liked: Great location - just few steps from the town center, the bridge and the river bank! Comfortable beds and nicely equipped room with everything you need. Public parking close to the hotel (but I think you can book private one as well). Super friendly and helpful staff/ receptionist!
Disliked: No A/C in the room which was not very pleasant during the recent summer heatwaves but we survived:))
