Good
Liked: Good location. Easy to park. Very good room. Very good breakfast and a happy breakfast room since I got nice smiles and warm considerations from the lady in charge of the breakfast,
Overall, my stay at Hotel Amberg was very pleasant and comfortable
Liked: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. Parking my motorcycle was a challenge. I was directed by the hotel staff to the garage just down the street. I parked my motorcycle overnight and discovered the next morning as I tried to exit, that motorcycles are not allowed to be parked in the garage. Having a specific and correct plan for motorcycle parking would have been very helpful. My room appeared to be very clean. However, when I stepped into the room I noticed a foul smell at the entry way.
Disliked: I found that there were no electrical plugs close to the bed. My USA charging adapter failed during my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any spare usb chargers. The front desk staff was not able to direct me to a store to buy a new one. I spent about 1 hours searching the market area for an adapter. Luckily, I was able to find multiple cellular stores nearby that sold chargers. It would have been a major plus if the hotel had a spare charger that I could use.
Liked: Location was good. Not far from the city center and train station.
Disliked: The room was small. Sound isolation wasn't good. I heard noises from other rooms.
Nice location
Liked: Friendly staff, central location, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Bonus: we could park our electric car in front of the hotel and charge it there during the night.
Disliked: Outdated hotel, tiny elevator
Liked: Spacious room, fridge, nicely decorated. Good location.
Disliked: Nothing to say
OK to spend the night to sleep
Liked: Very handy to attractions
Disliked: No personal amenities
