Very good
Good stay in a quiet area of wurzburg if you can get into your apartment
Liked: Modern with a good quiet location if you have a car. Plenty of parking available.
Disliked: 1. Check in process is through an outdoor automated kiosk. Would be fine except it was unable to print keycards. I’m traveling from the US and did not have a phone SIM card with local calls. I sent booking messages and an email to the listed apartment help and did not get a response after 2.5 hours. This was on a Thursday at 4 pm. After 2.5 hours I drove to the nearby ikea and borrowed an employees phone which let me complete check in. This is the first time in over 40 countries of traveling that I needed to make a local phone call to complete check in. The kiosk should have a phone available, or the staff should have WhatsApp or similar available for help. Or they should monitor their emails during reasonable check in times. 2. The apartment did not have coffee or tea makers. No oven mitts. The coffee machine in the common area was not functional.
I would not recommend this place
Liked: Location is quiet.
Disliked: The Check-in self service maschine was not working and we had to call the customer service to get instructions on how to get two different key cards in order to get into our room. I wanted to check in 30 minues before the actual check-in time provided by the company (15:00) but the call center agent did not permit that. So after 15:00 we had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get the instructions. The agent was very rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience and their technical problems.
Liked: Everything went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and it has everything that one needs.
Overbooked
Disliked: Overbooked and canceled by message through booking.com, I didn't see the message. They didn't cancel booking.com, so I recevied confirmation email check-in date after my plane landed. Without any clue about cancelation we went to apartments and couldn't go in offcourse. Cleaning staff saw us and tried to help, but communication is not easy he only knows german. My german is not enough for these situations. Called them a few times and after talking 2 diff persons, learned the situation. It was a mess. They only appologized and told us they can do nothing. Fortunately we found another place. I have stayed in this place so many times, long term too,never had this kind of situations. Loved the place but I can not trust them again.
