  Liked: Central position, daily garbage disposal, large room, large bathroom, large terrace and outside drying rack. Washing machine and minimalistic kitchenette available in the room. A/C and internet worked very well. Host is kind.

  Disliked: The elevator only goes to floor 3 out of 4 and is very noisy, woke us up every early morning. The stoves were very slow to warm up, making cooking difficult. There is no detergent for washing machine, nor detergent / sponge for the plates. Soap and shampoo are minimal and not replaced: make sure to bring your own!

  For a very short stay in Agios Nikolaos is ideal

  Liked: The location and the privacy.

  Disliked: It is a bit dated could do with a renovation. The air condition didn’t work properly.

  Very mediocre

  Liked: Location was fine for our needs and just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants

  Disliked: Staff was absent most of the time and when around not very friendly. The rooms weren’t cleaned on a daily basis and during our 3 days stay it was only ‘cleaned’ once. By cleaned I mean only the bed was made; no soaps, shower gels or toilet paper were refilled and the floors were in the same state as they were when we left for the day. Also be aware there’s no lift going to the 4th floor. The lift only goes up to the third and then you have to walk up a flight of stairs. Not ideal for older people or people with mobility issues. Plus the property only had one lift so it could take a while to get to the room.

  Liked: Es super cerca del centro, un supermercado en el mismo bloque, restaurantes, facil acceso, no cuenta con garage, tuvimos que buscar alrededor pero es relativamente facil encontrar espacio libre
