Lovely little house close to the beach

Liked: Very clean and comfortable property that was only a few steps away from a nice small beach. Lots of eating options within a few minutes walk.

Disliked: The sun gets blocked out by the adjacent apartment blocks which leaves the garden in shade a little earlier than we'd hoped for. Otherwise a very good little house.

  Excellent

  Liked: Location and facilities

Disliked: Only criticism is privacy on front of building, higher fence would be better

  Exceptional

Liked: Great property - loved the easy check in, communication with manager/host excellent - fabulous location in a quieter end of Agios Nik - but still within walking distance of a beautiful swimming beach and local amenities - on-site parking is really convenient as is the location for easy driving in and out of town - would not hesitate to book again

Disliked: If there is rain, unable to use outdoor seating area as the overhead roofing does leak; the front door lock can be a bit tempermental; a bit overlooked at the bottom of the garden by pedestrian traffic but not really an issue especially as we were visiting off-season.

  Exceptional

Liked: We (two couples from Germany) spent four days here during our trip to East Crete. The house was perfect for our needs. It was 30 meters from the only sandy beach. A 10-minute walk to the center of Agios Nikolaos. And well located for easy access to beautiful hiking trails. The house is modernly furnished and offers everything a vacationer needs. We felt very comfortable there. Four Swabians from southern Germany.
