  Perfection

  Liked: Wonderful terrace for eating on with amazing views. Also balcony for 2 off the big double bedroom again with view. Clean and tidy with dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods left for our use. Also basic store cupboard ingredients. Coffee pods for the coffee maker. Absolutely loved our stay here and the location is perfect. Host was quick to respond to any messages and gave us loads of info through WHATSAPP. Thank you so much

  Sunlit holiday property

  Liked: The property was beautiful and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. We arrived to fruit and a bottle of wine, a spotless property ( thanks to Theodora )it is just as it appears online. Andreas made everything so simple from accessing keys, a video of how to find the house and suggestions for bars/restaurants/beaches etc. It is a perfect base to explore Agios Nikolaos. We ate out apart from breakfast and nothing was that far. We would highly recommend the property.

  Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like, but the property would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues due to the stair access and spiral staircase. There is also a steep hill down to the beach.

  Loved it. Simple as and will definitely return

  Liked: Dual aspect balcony. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom. Amazing storage space. Everything you could possibly need was there and more. When we arrived. There was frash fruit. Water in the fridge and a gorgeous bottle of wine. Upon arrival. Theodora the house keeper knocked on the door to welcome us. Presenting us with the most wonderful gift- home made honey in a jar and some amazing extra virgin olive oil. Wow!!! Before we fly. Andreas sent GPS coordinates and a marvelous video of how to find the property. The location is superb. Absolutely superb. Andreas was always at hand on text to recommend best places to visit eat and drink. Simply the best guy ever. Andreas you were so good your booking for next year is Guaranteed.

  Excellent property in Agios Nikolaos

  Liked: What a wonderful find. This will be our first choice in Agios Nikolaos from now on. Well located a short walk out of town. Well equipped with all you need.. Wonderful views of the Marina and Mirobello Bay. Andreas the owner is very attentive and easy to contact.. The local manager Theodhora is very helpful and kind. We were left wine and fruit, coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and plenty of towels. A perfect stay as the beach is only 100 meters away along with tavernas and cafe bar and minimart

  Perfect combination of beaches, bars restaurants and culture

  Liked: The location is great. Close enough to town to benefit from the restaurants, bars and shops, but also slightly out of town and close to lovely beaches with local beach bar, breakfast and quality food options. There’s even a running track and municipal swimming pool over the road. The apartment is well equipped, roomy enough for 4 people with everything you need could need. Beds are comfy and you can wake up to a glorious sun rise each morning, overlooking eastern Crete, Ag Nikolaos town and bay. About an hours drive to Knossos and other Minoan sites, and gorge and walks all easy accessible for day trips on cooler days if that’s your thing.

  Disliked: There’s nothing I would change. The Cretan people are friendly and welcoming and the weather is not too shabby either. Andreas the host couldn’t have been more helpful and amenable.
