  Beautiful Oasis in Crete

  Liked: Location - beautiful sea views Room view and intimacy similar to an oasis because there are only a few rooms Private beach where you can sunbathe under the olive trees Beautiful luxury design great quality materials Super friendly staff that accomodated our requests

  Disliked: Room was next to the generator so you could hear/feel vibrations all the time - had to get used to this as the hotel was fully booked One morning they had an issue with a fridge sensor that woke us up and kept beeping for hours:( Cold seawater due to a nearby river, difficult to swim unless you like a cold plunge Only a few nice restaurants walking distance, you need a car to get to agios nikolaos During the weekend some guests from outside came to stay at the pool and were really noisy. The worst part was they all took showers on the private beach before leaving - literally 7 people coming with shampoos and showergels to take a shower on the beach - and washing their hair and all with their bathing suits on- i didnt know if i was being pranked or not - it was very distracting especially during a late afternoon when you just want to relax:)

  Beautiful but overpriced and rooms disappointing

  Liked: Beautiful view from common pool and lovely but very little private beach.

  Disliked: The jacuzzi is only 28 degrees and if you wanted it heated to a still cool 30 you would be asked to pay a further €45/day. Views from some of the rooms are of the back of the hotel with no Mountain View’s and only of a busy beach and solar panels. Not the usual Greek hospitality you may be used to at other hotels.

  if you want rest and relaxation in a beautiful setting with great food and service then stay here

  Liked: We basically loved everything although we think some attention could be made to some small details and some areas could do with a little painting just to smarten up. Food was fantastic and Staff were all excellent very freindly and welcoming and helpful. Any issues were dealt with immediately.

  Disliked: The gym in its current state should not be advertised as a gym- it is old and rusty most of it not functioning very well. There were little in the way of free weights and what was there was different sizes very few sets. It all needs throwing away. What we think you need is a decent set of free weights, 3 good weight benches and one Squat Rack with a good selection of barbell weights. perhaps reception should keep some sets of exercise mats to issue out so they are not taken. That would then be a really lovely area to have as an outdoor exercise area.

  Absolutely stunning accomodation, location and the views were to die for! Staff were incredible!

  Liked: Breakfast was lovely, lots of choices. Their Greek Yoghurt and honey was delicious and their cooked food was excellent.
