  A spacious private high-end beachside bolt-hole to enjoy the lovely area of Agios Nikolaos

  Liked: This property is super luxurious and spacious. The private pool - which is the perfect size for a couple - overlooks Almyros beach - which is a pretty amazing way to chill out. The property has its own access to this incredible beach below. It is also only a 30 min walk away from the bars and restaurants of Agios Nikolaos. We only stayed for 4 days - but could easily have stayed much longer!

  Disliked: You could easily hear the movements and voices of your immediate neighbours - which wasn't a problem on this occasion - but could potentially pose an issue depending on the luck of neighbours (or vice versa!)... And if you wish for facilities such as shopes etc - these are all a drive of reasonable walk away. But I suppose this is what keeps it exclusive feeling

  An excellent Villa with easy access to a sandy beach, a local taverna and a coastal path to town

  Liked: Breakfast was brought each day at a time agreed with us by the manager, Dimitris and Vivi. It was always a hearty breakfast, with wonderful variations each day. The location was excellent, a 2 minute walk down a path to the local sandy beach, with a coastal path offering a 20 minute walk to Agios Nikolaos. Also a very good local restaurant taverna is only a 5 minute walk away. Dimitiris was an exceptional host and organiser, booking taxis and reserving tables at the most desirable restaurants!

  Disliked: Although the agency rang and asked for feedback, I didn't mention these points as there isn't much that could be done to bring about a change. It was a little annoying that the 3rd bedroom was a bit of a let down in comparison to the bedrooms on the upper floor. The balcony was smaller, the bathroom window was looked over by the neighbouring property but had no curtain. Also the washing machine for the villa was located in the bathroom. If you were travelling with a family and one of the kids preferred a little separation from parents, then it would be ideal. If 6 adult friends are sharing the property, then one couple will feel a little disappointed with this ground floor bedroom.

  A great place to stay with the family

  Liked: The service was outstanding and the villa was exactly as in the pictures. We loved our stay. Fantastic varying breakfast being offered every day to the villa when we wanted it. Also daily cleaning if requested. The kitchen was extremely well equipped including daily refills of nespresso capsules and a magnum bottle of wine wine as a welcome present with a delicious antipasti cheese/cold meat board.

  Disliked: We wanted to have the pool heated but the heater was broken. It did not detract from our stay but we didn't use the pool as the water was cold (we were there in October).

  Incredible property - highly recommended and very memorable stay

  Liked: Absolutely divine property. All aspects of our stay thoughtfully considered with information provided re boating, dining, touring and sightseeing. In house daily breakfast was fabulous and apartment was cleaned daily. Host provided welcome bottle of wine and charcuterie board - perfect hosting and attention to detail was superb.

  Liked: Everything about this place is faultless, we love it! The access straight down to a great beach over the stream was a highlight we hadn’t expected & the breakfast service each day was amazing.

  Disliked: That nowhere else felt as good for the rest of our trip

  Fabulous villa

  Liked: Location, villa, staff, facilities, having breakfasts provided. The breakfast was plentiful and lasted us all day. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us
