Exceptional
Liked: Helpful reception staff and free early check in. Close to vibrant neighborhood and the Metro
Disliked: The room felt alittle tired and worn around the edges. The towels, toiletries and hot drinks were not of quality expected for a 4 star hotel and in comparison to other hotels in Greece. Whilst it was a wet room bathroom design, using the overhead shower meant the whole bathroom became very wet verging on a flood! The air con also wasn't that effective. Overall it felt over priced and in need of refurbishment.
Liked: very good, staff are very accommodating
Disliked: the standard room that I booked first not to my expectation, to dark in colors( specially the shower)no space next to bathroom sink no basic tissue, not as cleaned to my standard, phone was full of dust, corners in the room not cleaned properly, luggage bench was covered with dust and hair, I was requested a change of room and the staff was very accommodating, the other room was very nice,
Liked: Very nice breakfast, nice people were able to react quickly and resolve the issues promptly - check in,special requests everything 🙂
A good stay, nice hotel, good value
Liked: Very good breakfast, friendly helpful staff King size beds which were firm and comfortable
Disliked: Wi-Fi stopped working in our apartment, but we reported it and a contractor was contacted to arrange new equipment. Shower leaked and the door didn’t close properly, meaning the floor became flooded
Should I visit Athens once again, I would definitely take into account staying in the same place
Liked: Apartment 803 was spacious and very comfortable.
Liked: Pleasant staff, clean and convenient location!
Disliked: At times, there was a smell coming from the shower.
