Exceptional
quiet and restful
Liked: JUST A WELL RUN HOTEL WITH WELCOMING STAFF WHO WERE KEEN TO ASSIST AT ALL TIMES.
Disliked: A slightly larger room would have been ideal.
Charming and nice location
Liked: Charming hotel. Very helpful and kind staff, all of them. Good location, pleasant walking distance to the seaside, the fortress and all the restaurants and cafés. The breakfast at the annex building at the courtyard is also quite nice.
Disliked: The bedrooms on the upper floor are quite small and have narrow windows. But it’s very clean and functional, with a smart and good taste design. The shower is excellent.
Liked: This was the most delightful and fanciest hotel of my entire trip! I had room 303 which was a matter suite and so delightful with many touches! The staff really went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Every one! Spyros at the front desk grated me by name as I walked in the front door and i had not even spoken a word yet. They sat me down with a refreshing cool fruit juice drink to relax after traveling. The maid, Hilda, who took care of my needs was always smiling, helpful and happy. I really liked her willingness to stop and greet. The breakfast was very special with personal guidance on the first morning to understand the special foods and options. You could either eat inside the lovely garden room, or out side in the amazing garden with a blooming Jakaranda tree, vining Chinese wisteria over the pergolla, and many pots with flowering plants. The front desk helped me with learning a few useful words in Greek, restaurant suggestions, what to do and see. The Archiological Museum is amazing and a short walk from the hotel. Amazing location for the Old Fort, the huge park, old town, restaurants, shopping. Short taxi to the Port
Disliked: I could not stay long enough! It was wonderful!
Weekend sightsightseeing on old Corfu town
Liked: This is a little gem of hotel right in old town within 5 mins walk of lovely restaurants and shops and easy to access the sights of old Corfu. The hotel has a rich history in a livery historical building but has been refurbished to provide the modern conveniences with light/airy rooms and the staff go above and beyond.
Disliked: I am struggling to think of anything I didn’t like! I would add a coffee Nespresso maker to the bedrooms to enable proper coffee making, we don’t like instant coffee.

Liked: Location is perfect. Good local restaurants nearby. Very comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Great outside breakfast area and pavilion.
Disliked: Not sure how I feel about the new bathroom arrangements and glass doors in the refurbished bedrooms.
Nice relaxing city break for 2 days visiting Corfu town, the hotel was ideal for this purpose
Liked: Lovely outside space for relaxing and eating breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. 24hour front desk. Short walk to Corfu old town.
