Liked: A real gem. Perfect location to explore the town. We didn’t have a car but the lovely and buzzing pestrianised areas of the old town were literally on our doorstep with plenty of great food options. It was a short and scenic walk to the port and archeological museum, and we easily caught the bus to the airport, Knossos, Tobruk beach and Rethymno. The apartment itself was beautiful, very well laid out, and provided with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. The sofa bed pulled apart into two separate singles - perfect for our two teenage kids. Very friendly and helpful staff were on the desk downstairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose to stay again if I find myself in Heraklion.

Disliked: Really nothing to improve here
