Fabulous
Infinity ticks the boxes for exploring Heraklion or even for just overnight stay
Liked: Clean & well located with very good choice breakfast
Disliked: Arrived late due to plane being redirected! I did not have towels in my room but I am confident that was just a one-off lapse and it was promptly sorted in morning! Can happen!
Highly recomended
Liked: Close to the port and the centre of heraklion, modern, comfortable, clean and great breakfast, what more could you ask? They even stored our luggage for two days while we visited chania and returned for the last night before our ferry, great hotel great staff highly recomended.

Great location and staff
Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortably sized, with a spacious, modern bathroom. There was a SmartTV in the bedroom. Breakfast was quite simple, but perfectly adequate and had everything we needed. The hotel's location might seem a little unusual at first, but it's actually very convenient. It's situated between Heraklion's port (where the ferries depart) and the city centre, making it an excellent base for exploring both areas on foot. It is around 5 minutes in each direction. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again!
Disliked: Nothing particularly negative to mention. The room was a comfortable size for two people, although having several suitcases open at the same time made the space feel a little cramped. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and didn't affect our overall experience.

Liked: Great location and helpful staff to book excursions. Having a patio helpful for drying items. Breakdast was great with various healthy options of fruit and yogurt

Liked: Location ideal for old port and restaurants nearby Welcome from reception lady was first class, got us a coffee while we waited for room to be readied Room with "partial sea view" was excellent, view across the main harbour out to Dia island High quality decor Great shower Room fridge Iron and ironing board Great hair dryer says my wife Breakfast was superb Luggage storage facility
Disliked: An extra pillow might have helped but we didn't ask so may have been available
