  I great option for everyone

  Liked: The owner is very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Everything was very new on the apartment, and there was nothing missing from the utilities. I would recommend this place to families, couples, and solo travelers. The center of Ioannina is 20 minutes walking on nice neighborhoods.

  Lovely modern apartment in Ioannina

  Liked: The apartment was absolutely lovely. It’s a very modern apartment, very clean and great facilities. We had a car and managed to find parking in the street outside the apartment. I loved the complimentary coffee and tea. The coffee machine was very appreciated.

  Disliked: The noise from the main road but we knew that when we booked the apartment.

  Nice apartment with some negatives

  Liked: Brand new modern facility with complete kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable bed as mattress was new.

  Disliked: On a main road into Ioannina city center with noisy auto and motorcycle traffic 24 hours a day. Had problem entering building with groceries requiring refrigeration on a 95 degree day. Took rental agent 30 minutes to arrive and show me a "trick" to unlock door. Wi-Fi instructions were very difficult to find and Agent misinformed me as to password. Finally found it behind wall mounted TV. Lost 4 hours trying to get online. There was no maid service and nowhere to throw out trash. Only one air conditioning unit in bedroom inadequate to cool entire apartment making use of living area and kitchen too warm to use in afternoon hours. Sofa back was low and provided no back support to comfortably watch TV. Felt and looked like it would only be comfortable for small children. Be advised there is no parking and one must find street parking where spots are hard to come by.

  Minimalistic luxury

  Liked: The place is brand new, spotlessly clean and provides everything and anything you could possibly need for your stay. From its comfortable beds and fluffy towels to its small touches of minimalistic luxury, the apartment is an absolute treat. The host was very kind and accommodating with our request for early check-in and even upgraded our stay to a maisonette. Quite simply, a shame we couldn't enjoy our stay for longer!
