  Disappointed

  Liked: I liked the breakfast, a lot of choices. Beautiful view from the room.

  Disliked: We where 3 person, the kids bed wasn't done. The bathroom outdated, the hairdrier barely was working, the room was very dark, no mosquitos net to the windows, hence we had a lizard in the room. The pool water was very cold for august month.

  Liked: Location is amazing. Walking distance to center and lake.

  Disliked: We stay there whenever we come to Ioannina (which is often) love the location and the staff are amazing. The rooms however could use updating.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was spotless, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. We also loved the intimate, crystal-clear swimming pool, which added a special touch to our stay. Everything was even better than we expected, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Judi

  It was kind of OK overall, but not a 5 stars hotel

  Liked: Good position, clean.

  Disliked: The first room had a damaged balcony door that wouldn’t close. The staff should have checked prior to offering it. In fairness, they offered an upgrade. Also, very noisy room neighbors and smoking everywhere outside, pool and restaurant. Also charging for barista coffee, which was a bit weird for a 5 stars hotel. The bar staff not very friendly, especially with English speaking guests. The pool time not very comfortable, as kids splashing weather on the sunlounges everywhere without any check from parents and hotel staff. Therefore, we gave up going to the pool.

Good to know

The hotel has a wellness center. Massage services, face-to-face treatments, a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor heated pool are available at the wellness center . The use of the services is provided with an extra charge upon availability and by appointment. Opening days: Tuesday - Sunday, except holidays and holidays where the days and hours of services are adjusted.

Please note that visitors under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the wellness center.
