  Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a bright, well-equipped property, despite a few inconveniences

  Liked: I really liked how bright the property was—it had plenty of natural light and a lovely view. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property was that there was no parking available, which was quite difficult for us since we had two cars. The water pressure was also very low, so we couldn’t really enjoy our showers. Additionally, there was noticeable dust on the furniture surfaces and on the floor, which affected the overall cleanliness.

  High class apartment, easy parking and central position

  Liked: The apartment was magical, even better in person, the furniture was so elegant and of high quality. The location was also perfect, close to everything and we did find parking just outside of the building and we had 2 cars. The kitchen was very well equipped, and also with a dishwasher. There was one room in the first floor together with the salon and one bathroom, and also 2 rooms and the second bathroom in the second floor as it is a duplex.

  Despite picturesque 1st floor & the potential of the apartment, our stay fell short of expectations

  Liked: The apartment is spread across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen and living room area, accompanied by one bedroom with two single beds and a WC. The second floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and the main bathroom. The first floor is nicely decorated and well maintained, as it looks in the photos. The second floor is NOT renovated. The wardrobes are old, and the main bathroom is notably outdated, complete with a window that doesn't close properly, posing a challenge during the colder winter days. Given the price charged for the accommodation, we expected a higher standard, particularly in the form of a renovated bathroom. Please note that you can only take a bath in the main bathroom, not in the small WC (which is not clear when you book the apartment).

  Disliked: 1. [HEATING]. The absence of heating on the second floor significantly impacted our stay. We reported the issue to the owner and it wasn't until the third day that they arranged for a technician to address the problem. The technician successfully removed air from the radiators, finally providing heating on the second floor. This delay was particularly disappointing, considering the premium price of 250 euros per night for the apartment, and we believe this matter should have been addressed before our arrival. 2. [LIGHT BULB]. One of the bedrooms on the second floor lacked lighting due to a burned-out light bulb. Despite notifying the owner via SMS, our concern went unanswered, and the issue remained unresolved throughout our stay. 3. [PIANO]. The piano in the apartment was inaccessible as it was locked and could not be used. The booking photos consistently portrayed the piano in an open state, creating the expectation that guests could utilize it. However, there was no information provided indicating any restrictions on its use, making the photo potentially misleading for guests expecting access to the piano during their stay. 4. [WATER PRESSURE]. The water pressure in the bathroom was consistently low, making it difficult for us to wash our hair. Unfortunately, this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Additionally, during the latter part of our visit, the situation exacerbated due to a city-wide water supply problem, which, of course, was beyond the owner's control. While we understand the external factors, the sustained low water pressure during the entirety of our stay was a notable inconvenience. 5. [OTHER AMENITIES]. As previously noted by another reviewer, the main bathroom lacked hand wash, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. This fell short of even the basic standards of amenities expected in accommodations.

  Nice, central, clean and spacious place with very few amenities

  Liked: Spacious, clean, well decorated. Centrally located. Easy to access

  Disliked: Very few amenities. There was no soap in one of two bathrooms. Only one roll of toilet paper. No paper at all in the kitchen. The very minimum.
