Wonderful place to stay in Ioannina!

Liked: Great location in a quiet neighborhood just a little off to the center of town. Everything in the property was nice, spacious and equipped. The hosts were extremely responsive via chat. For those who can't do without, note that both the WiFi and the cell reception in the apartment are a bit sketchy.

Disliked: I probably wouldn't recommend it for guests without a car, since the town center and the waterfront aren't immediately close by. Besides that and the WiFi, it was perfect.

Liked: We loved our stay at Blanc Residences. The property is brand new, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, with a bright, contemporary feel that made us feel at home right away. Everything we needed was already there: comfortable beds, fresh linens, a well-equipped kitchen, great Wi-Fi, and thoughtful little touches that made the stay easy and relaxing. Nothing was missing. The host was the highlight. Communication was quick and friendly, check-in was smooth, and we felt genuinely welcome and looked after the whole time. Any question we had was answered right away. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish and stress-free stay

  Value for money

Liked: I liked the interior and the design of the house. It was quite big and comfortable for many people.

Disliked: I didn't like the bathroom in the 1st floor. It was so small and I couldn't put my things anywhere. The sink was very small and uncomfy.

We had wonderful time and will come back next year

Liked: The apartment has a slick minimalistic design, everything was very clean and easy to use, high quality beds and appliances, free parking. The host was super fast to respond and provided us with lots of info about the city, dining and sightseeing.

Disliked: I think that it would be nice to add a bit more tableware, like bowls, smaller cups, bread knife etc. The rest was food.

Liked: The house was amazing! We had a great stay. The owner answered pretty fast to our messages. Everything was very clean and the interior of the house was beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Disliked: The wifi wasn't very strong. Also the hot water wasn't really hot ( personal preference) and when we showered together it became cold.
