  Nice hotel good location

  Liked: Hotel was very clean in a good location breakfast was nice in the coffee shop next door but you could also get it delivered to your room Staff were excellent especially the man on reception I want to say his name was Tassos but it was a while ago and I met a lot of lovely people sorry I may have got his name wrong 😁 Any he was very good professional helpful informative and went out of his way to make our stay perfect

  Disliked: The little extra we paid for a balcony wasn't worth it for us it was a very large shared area with no view to speak of we went out to it once never bothered again

  Liked: The apartment was cleaned and the rubbish taken out every day. When we reported that there was no hot water, it was restored within half an hour.

  Disliked: Отрицателно: The owners monitor when guests leave and enter the apartment at any time, without informing us and without asking for our agreement. This happened on all eight days of our stay, beyond the agreed morning cleaning. It is not mentioned anywhere in the listing and we were not told about it on arrival. The owner confirmed theis unpleasant practice in writing. On several evenings we saw the owner walking around the building and looking through the windows to check whether we were inside. The impression was that we were being watched throughout our stay. This is an intrusion into the private life and private space that we had paid for, and it is the main reason we would not stay here again. Air conditioning is listed as an included amenity, but it cannot be used freely. We were asked to switch the units off whenever we left. We agreed to a compromise proposed to the owner: we would switch them off each morning and he would switch them back on at 16:00. We kept to this every day; but unfortunately the units were never on when we returned. On every evening when we went out and left a unit running, we found it switched off on our return, without exception. Outside temperatures were 37-40°C. When we asked why, the owners explained that a running air conditioner poses a risk of fire. If that is true, the risk exists equally while guests are inside the apartment and while they are asleep in it. We find this explanation a serious concern about our safety and the safety of the accommodation itself. If you expect privacy while you are out, or you need air conditioning in summer, thing twice and take this into account before booking.
