  Disrespectful management staff member

Liked: A very uncomfortable experience. I reported a problem with the Wi-Fi, and the person responsible for the property offered to come to the apartment to fix it. After entering, instead of focusing on the internet issue, he sat on the sofa and started asking personal and inappropriate questions about my private life. I clearly asked him to focus only on fixing the Wi-Fi, but he continued. I felt that my privacy was disrespected and asked him to leave the apartment. I consider this behavior completely inappropriate and I would not stay here again.

Disliked: There are not enough basic utensils. The bed is old, worn out, and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The staff member was disrespectful and behaved inappropriately
