Good location, nice manager/proprietor, everything OK

Liked: Location on the outskirts of Ioannina next to the Perama Cave, no problem to get to Ioannina proper and finding some parking for the evening. We were kindly offered a better room than reserved without any extra charge. Parking on the property. Everything OK.

  Disliked: No negatives.

Liked: We really liked the place. There is a yard with enough parking spaces. A large green meadow. It is located close to Ioannina, but you definitely need a car. The hosts were very responsive. The room is made with style.

Disliked: We stayed during the May Day holidays, so the price was high. We cannot give an objective assessment, because the prices of accommodation were high everywhere.
