Great place! We will book again

Liked: Eva is an amazing host! The place is very clean and has the comfiest beds we tried. The place has a view on Ioannina Lake and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Because I saw some comments about the bathroom, I can say that for average people is quite OK. The sink is a bit small, but usable. The shower cabin is normal size, you have plenty of room sitting on the toilet (even if you are bigger than average). The small front yard is great, with a table and sitting places, it is sunny in the afternoon and you can enjoy the sunset on the lake. Parking spot 50 meters away from the entrance. When we will come back to Ioannina for sure we will book again this place.

Wonderful Stay with a Kind and Helpful Host

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Lake View apartment in Ioannina. The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The view and atmosphere were lovely, making it a perfect spot to relax. Lady Eva is a very nice and friendly woman — she made our stay even better! She was always available to help, quickly responding whenever we needed something. She also shared great information about local tourist spots and things to do around Ioannina. What impressed us most was how she went out of her way to help us find a house for a short-term stay of six months, which seemed almost impossible at first. We’re really grateful for her kindness and support. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host!
