A comfortable stay in an excellent location

Liked: Excellent location near the lake and castle. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. Tea and coffee provided and water in the fridge. It was very comfortable and I highly recommend. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly with any questions.

  Disliked: Nothing negative, all good.

A very comfortable stay in the middle of the old town

Liked: The host seems very thoughtful, had provided lots of useful things: coffee tea and sugar and water in the fridge; plenty of nice pots and pans and crockery and cooking appliances, useful things in the bathroom and soft towels, and a choice of pillows. All felt very new and clean, and the aircon was a lifesaver in the extreme heat of my visit. Plenty of sockets and lights. The apartment is on the first floor so only a few stairs and has a small west facing balcony. The location is excellent, only two minutes to one of the castle entrances and the lively streets, but quiet as it looks onto an inner courtyard.

Disliked: Maybe just an impression and personal view, but the shower soaps smelt a bit off/strange, but otherwise no issues and all worked well.

Liked: Very quiet, cozy place, close to the lake (just a few meters walk), close to the old castle, close to many restaurants. Indeed a perfect place for visiting the city of Ioannina.

Disliked: A small problem with the parking... you had to park your car in the road which was busy most of the time...

Liked: Can't comment on staff as it's a key safe entry system. The apartment was spotless Well fitted out with everything that you're likely to need for self catering. Good private entrance and a nice private courtyard out back to chill.
