Liked: Feels Like Home The place was amazing! The location is perfect — close to the bars but still very quiet, and just a few minutes’ walk from the lake. The free parking was a big plus! Everything was thoughtfully arranged, with great attention to detail — even small touches like slippers for the guests and many other amenities that made the stay extra comfortable. The apartment was spotless, and the sheets smelled wonderfully fresh. I would definitely recommend this place and will book it again on my next trip to Ioannina!

  Excellent!

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at this flat with our family. It was spotless, spacious, and even better than described—perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The flat is very well-equipped, with everything you might need. The location is ideal, just a 5–10 minute walk to the town centre, the castle, and the lake. Parking is also excellent, conveniently located just opposite the flat. Highly recommended!

Disliked: A kind suggestion to the owner of this lovely property: it would be helpful to let guests know in advance about the hot water switch, as some may not realise it needs to be turned on manually.

Disliked: The stairs were a bit squeaky and the balcony was a bit too small, but still a nice addition
