Liked: The house is new, big, clean and very comfortable. It has a large balcony, a small front yard, a brand new kitchen, washing machine and whatever someone needs for a short or long term stay. The bed is very comfortable. Communication with the owner was perfect and it was the best choice for summer holidays in Ioannina. We also had extra towels and sheets upon request. Parking outside is very easy. The soundproof is also very very good

Disliked: The only downside is that there is no air-condition in the bedroom. We used the one of the living room and open door. This is the minus 1 point because the house was getting too cold in order to have good temperature in the bedroom. Apart from this there was a continuous high frequency noise from nearby building, if somebody can hear it maybe can lead to slight discomfort. It was disappeared with closed doors

A Wonderful Clean and Comfortable Apartment

Liked: A wonderful apartment in Ionnina which was extremely clean and modern. It had everything we needed and a lovely big balcony with views of the lake. Great communication with the owner who also gave us some home made jam and pie.

Disliked: It might be a little far from the centre for some people but we enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the castle. There were many nice cafes and restaurants close by.

Liked: The appartment is new, clean, super cosy, equipt with all that is needed and more. Aspasia is super great host, we had easter cookies and sweet waiting for us, and she was there to help with any question that we might have. There is a huge balcony with a swing and a nice view of the lake! Highly recommended! We will be coming back 😁😁. Thanks for everything!

Liked: The best apartment of our holiday. Extremely clean and comfortable with all the modern amenities required at your disposal. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location in a safe quiet street with ample parking and all you need a short walk away. We would 100% come here again and we strongly recommend this beautiful apartment to anybody travelling to Ioannina. Thank you.

  Disliked: Everything was just perfect.
