  Exceptional

Liked: Aparment was spotlessly clean, has two big bedrooms and it is well equipped. Welcome water bottles and coffee were nice touch. There is a keylock for the key which makes everything easier. There is enough parking space. Sadly, we just used it for sleepover on our way to Kefalonia. If we come to Ioannina again, we'll book this apartment again.

  Bad

Liked: The worst stay I’ve ever had.

Disliked: The worst stay I’ve ever had. I booked this apartment specifically because it advertised having Wi-Fi, as I was working remotely. When I arrived, there was no internet at all. I received two automated messages with the Wi-Fi password, but the router wasn’t working. I later found out—only after chasing them, that the device is “broken for some time now” at no point was this mentioned before my arrival. I tried calling them multiple times for support,no response, completely unprofessional. When I finally reached someone, they told me they couldn’t do anything and casually suggested I “find another apartment” the same day, which of course was not possible. I was left with no internet, no support, and a huge disruption to my work. Avoid this place if you rely on basic services like Wi-FI or toilet paper or any kind of professional communication.

Very good apartment, good value for money

Liked: Very nice apartment, modern and clean. Location is quiet, nice neighbourhood, 5-7 minutes drive to the centre. Easy to park in front of apartments, backery is very close for morning breakfast (2 minutes walk) and the supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Complementary water bottles in the fridge are nice touch.

Disliked: There was no WiFi during our stay. Modem was disconnected, we have plugged it in, but still failed to initialise (no internet). It was not big deal for us for one night (we had to use mobile data roaming), but it would be a problem if we were stayed for longer.

  Great, no wifi working

Liked: Everything was great. Only issue was that the WiFi was not available, but we did not contact the owners to have it fixed, as we had our own plan from our phone company.
