  Liked: The place is very close to the Perama Cave and have nice view to the lake. There is free parking.

  Disliked: The only inconvenience is the pressure of hot water on the second floor.

  Spacious, clean, and well-located, with convenient parking, the manager was exceptionally friendly

  Liked: The guesthouse manager was very friendly and kind. She even suggested places to eat and things to do during our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. There was air conditioning, but since the apartment was on the ground floor (at the same level as the parking lot), we didn’t need to turn it on, even though we visited in August. The parking spot was perfect, and there was also a fridge.

  Disliked: The towels were a little worn out, and some of the apartment’s finishes were slightly unfinished. The bathtub could also have been a little cleaner, as it showed some yellowing. Wifi on the ground floor wasn't working properly.

  Liked: The location is nice and peaceful. Very good parking lot.

  Disliked: İt's unacceptable in 2026 not to have mosquito nets where people are expected to stay. There were mosquitos coming from the windows and we couldn't sleep properly. Moreover the provided pillows are not appropriate to sleep comfy.
