  Liked: We stopped for a night during our travel in Greece. Good location and friendly owner.

  This is okay if you need to stay one night in Ioanina, but I would not spend my vacation there

  Liked: The property was close to the stalactites cave by walk and in a calm area.

  Disliked: However, when we got there, there was a strong smell of cigarette and perfume in the hallway, which got into the room. This smell stayed in our room. Our room was not as clean as expected, with clumps of hair on the floor. The bathroom tiles needed an in-depth cleaning.

  Good value for money and a friendly host

  Liked: We arrived very late at the location and the owner was easy to get in contact with and was very friendly. Even though she speaks limited english we had no problem checking in. She was very helpful. Parking was right outside the house. The room was big and spacious. It was a good shower and there were basic toiletries. The room was warm and comfortable. There was a fridge in our room. It was easy to check out. We would stay again and highly recommend this place.
